Who would have thought we would have had such a tumultuous year, when we look back? Five Days Left to Enter National Digital Artists Competition
There are only five days left to enter the ‘Images of Resilience’ competition organised by the National Digital Artists Association (naDA) as a special fundraising competition for photographers and digital artists to support Award Winning Mobile Photographer Meri Walker (@iPhoneArtGirl). Walker lost her home and all her belongings in the fire that ravaged Talent, OR on September 8, 2020 – a devastating loss. She needs significant support to rebuild and reestablish her life. naDA is proud to support the efforts of her friends, family and others in the digital art community in this endeavor. We are delighted to announce all of the first place Winners and the entire Honourable Mentions of the 10th Annual Mobile Photography Awards, created by Daniel Berman and supported by TheAppWhisperer among others within the Mobile Art World. Google News Showcase is launching in the U.K.
Today, Google have announced News Showcase, their new product experience and licensing program for news, will begin rolling out with local, national and independent publishers in the U.K. As part of their licensing agreements with publishers, they’re also launching the ability for readers to access select paywall content. This feature will give readers the opportunity to read more of a publisher’s content than they would otherwise have access to, while enabling publishers to encourage readers to become a subscriber. We are all aware life has changed and we can no longer travel or even linger when exercising however, we always have our imagination and of course Google to help us out.
