Vintage Scene Photography App Now Available for Android
Vintage Scene by JixiPix has long been a very popular app on the iOS system and we’re really pleased to see it port over to Android today. It offers the mobile photographer the opportunity to give their images a retro look, using a unique algorithm which combines, sepia tone, grain, darkened edges, distressed paper all at once. Along with that though, it gives the user control to edit each component for their individual look. Vintage Scene is available at Google Play for £1.19 or equivalent in your country and you can download it here.

iOS Photography App – Camera Plus Updated with ‘AirSnap’
Camera Plus is a popular app for iPhone photography, not as popular as Camera+ but it has its own standing. It has just been updated with a very interesting feature called ‘AirSnap’. Essentially AirSnap enables you to turn your iOS device (Phone, iPad, Touch, running iOS 7) into a remote control for another iOS device. It works via Bluetooth or WiFi, one device acts as the lead camera and the other as the remote. This is an interesting proposition to be added to a camera app, there are plenty of trigger modules but none like this. This is a free update, if you have previously purchased Camera Plus. If not…
