iPad 2 Not Expected Until Summer 2011 – Rumor
Businessweek are reporting today that according to a research note from Yuanta Securities Co, Apple are suffering with ‘production bottlenecks’ at their manufacturing plant, Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. Accordingly, this may well delay the launch of the iPad 2 to June 2011. Apparently, Apple made some changes to the iPad 2’s design just before the Chinese New Year and this has held things up. We’re disappointed, we can’t wait to get our hands on the new thinner, lighter, faster magical device. The first iPad was launched on April 3, I remember this date well, it’s my birthday and typically Apple release their new iPhone’s in June, this is when…

Kindle More Popular In US Than iPad and iPhone
Now this is an interesting bit of news from MacStories who received information from Market Research firm Book Marketing Ltd, via Gigaom, stating that the eBook of choice in the US is the Kindle and yet in the UK it is either the iPhone or iPad. It has not been made clear in the article whether the iOS user may actually be using the Kindle app on their device, this much was not clear, but there’s no question that in the US the Kindle is king. It’s great news for us of course, as we submitted our blog to the Kindle blog store only a few days ago, check it…
