Who Touched my Phone
Unlike other applications that try to prevent intruders from accessing the phone’s content, "Who Touched my Phone" doesn’t block any content but captures the snooping event without the intruder’s knowledge; Moreover, Tal Shumski the CTO of App & Joy says "we believe that you cannot protect all of your phone’s information completely, all of the time; Therefore, we find it more important to secretly capture and inform you whenever there was an attempt to snoop through your phone".
How does it work you wonder? The user arms the application and locks the screen. When the phone is unlocked, the intruder will see an innocent screen presenting YouTube’s best videos, and in the meantime they are captured without their knowledge with multiple pictures, the time of action, and location. Afterwards, when the user opens the application, and disarms the phone using a unique gesture, a screen with all captured intruders will be presented. For each intruder the user will see when and where it occurred, and the pictures of the intruder. Taping on one of the intruders pictures will present a screen with the intruder’s photo gallery (up to 5 pictures) and information about the event.
Whether you’re a teenager who suspects your mom is snooping through your phone, or you’re afraid your husband is reading your text messages without your permission – STOP SUSPECTING and let "Who Touched my Phone" help you SECURE YOUR PRIVACY and report to you whether your suspicions are true or false.

Scumbag App
Leading mobile development studio ReignDesign today is proud to announce the release of their latest iPhone app, Scumbag App. The app, inspired by the "Scumbag Steve" meme popularized on websites such as reddit and imgur, is available as a free download on the App Store. Keeping true to the "scumbag" theme however, it charges users for unlimited use of the signature "scumbag hat."
The original meme, depicted through a series of images, features a young man seen wearing a sideways hat and standing in a hallway. Captions describe the character’s unethical behavior.
The photo-based app allows users to call out "scumbag" people, places, or things, in their daily life and share them online. Users capture an image with their iPhone camera, add a signature "scumbag hat" to their subject, and then apply captions in the spirit of the original meme. They can then share their image online through email, Facebook and Twitter, or post it directly to websites reddit and imgur.
The app also does not waste the opportunity of being labeled as a "scumbag" itself: while a free download, users are limited to applying the "scumbag hat" to images they create twice per day. Users can opt to purchase unlimited hats for a one-time in-app purchase, which also disables the application’s ads.

Aeronautical Charts
Corporate Smalltalk Consulting has announced Aeronautical Charts 1.8.9 for iPad, an update to their Navigation app that provides an advanced document viewer that accommodates highly detailed documents at high magnifications. As airlines continue moving toward the paperless cockpit, and iPads are appearing increasingly in pilot flight bags, Aeronautical Charts, with its proprietary LargeViewer technology allowing rapid scrolling and minimal drawing lag times for large charts and massive PDF documents.
While aeronautical charts can be a small, 60 x 20 cm (24 x 8 in), such documents, when converted to high-resolution TIFFs or PDFs, can become more than 64 megapixels in size. Ordinary iPad document viewers slow to a crawl or simply crash and scrolling is extremely difficult. Aeronautical Charts has been specifically designed to provide effortless, real-time scrolling both horizontally and vertically, and quick zooms in and out. The app features TIFF, PDF, and Dropbox download compatibility, quick-view thumbnails, multi-tasking support, and either iOS and/or OS X based pre-rendering.
Most aeronautical charts are currently available through third party subscription services in PDF or TIFF format. Employing accelerated PDF viewing logic, combined with CSC’s newest TIFF decoder, facilitates the pre-rendering of files into LargeViewer format. All pre-rendering need be done only once; thereafter, converted files may be opened and viewed easily. While pre-rendering can be done within the app, CSC recommends their free, Mac OS X LargeViewer Helper for batch pre-rendering. Pre-rendering is done at 2x, but users can render finely detailed charts at 5x, enabling instant zooming in at 40x magnification.

Corporate Smalltalk Consulting has announced Maps 1.8.9 for iPad, an update to their Navigation app that provides an advanced document viewer that accommodates highly detailed documents at high magnifications. Maps with its proprietary LargeViewer technology allows rapid scrolling and minimal drawing lag times for large charts and massive PDF documents.
Ordinary iPad document viewers slow to a crawl or simply crash and scrolling is extremely difficult when working with large maps or completely give up when dealing with wall maps. Maps has been specifically designed to provide effortless, real-time scrolling both horizontally and vertically, and quick zooms in and out. The app features TIFF, PDF, and Dropbox download compatibility, quick-view thumbnails, multi-tasking support, and either iOS and/or OS X based pre-rendering.
Employing accelerated PDF viewing logic, combined with CSC’s newest TIFF decoder, it facilitates the pre-rendering of files into LargeViewer format. Well Logs
Corporate Smalltalk Consulting Ltd has announced Well Logs 1.8.9 for iPad, an update to their unique app for the petroleum industry that enables viewing of extremely large Well and Mud Logs in either PDF or TIFF formats. Capable of displaying documents as big as 11 inches by 100 feet at 230 dpi, the app relies upon proprietary technology from its LargeViewer app to import, store, pre-render, tile, scale, and scroll very large images on any iOS device, there is no reliance on backend services or internet access required for viewing your well log.
Well Logs is the only iOS app on the market to have the capabilities to load and view oil & gas wireline well log TIFF and/or PDF images. With wireline well files up to dozens of feet long, most apps do not have the capacity to allow such images to load without crashing. Well Logs has made it a priority to specifically handle such unwieldy files. Of course, the advantages of viewing well logs that are 17 inches x 65 feet, or land maps that are 4 x 18 feet on an iPad rather than a paper document are significant. On-site viewing and discussion of paper documents no longer presents the inconvenience it once was, plus this reduces costs associated with the original printing process as paper and ink are costly items.
Well logging, also known as borehole logging, is the practice of making a detailed record (a well log) of the geologic formations penetrated by a borehole. The log may be based either on visual inspection of samples brought to the surface (geological logs) or on physical measurements made by instruments lowered into the hole (geophysical logs). Well logging is done during all phases of a well’s development: drilling, completing, producing, and abandoning. Well logging is commonly used to document the presence of oil and gas, groundwater, minerals, and geothermal sources, as well as during the process of conducting environmental and geotechnical studies.
