Mobile Photography & Art Flickr/Instagram Showcase – 17 July 2022

I get a bit too excited when beetroot season is in full swing. I celebrate with variations on concoctions of dishes (disclosure – I love to cook). After I’ve got past the Lady MacBeth hand scrubbing moment, I slice it really thinly, brush with oil and roast in a hot oven but as we are having a huge heat alert, this weekend I really don’t want to use the oven. So, I’ve decided I can either make beetroot gnocchi, with mashed potatoes, beetroot, flour, salt and oil and cook on the stove or I can go full out with the barbecue and create a beetroot, chickpea and halloumi salad, I may even go so far as to blend some and drink it. If you do nothing else, today, then watch and listen to this weeks mobile photography and art showcase featuring some of the very best mobile artists today!

Thank you to all the talented artists for submitting your works to our showcase this week. If you would like your work to be considered for entry into our weekly Mobile Photography and Art Flickr showcase, please submit it to our dedicated group, here. Alternatively if you’re an Instagram user just tag your images with #theappwhisperer and well pick you up.
