iOS – Camera Genius – Price Drop

2012-03-15 / Comments Off on iOS – Camera Genius – Price Drop

Camera Genius is a competent iPhone photography app but its sales have taken a bit of a knocking lately, perhaps with the advent of new photo apps hitting the Apple App Store. The developers have therefore, decided on a change of tactic and have dropped the price to $0.99/£0.69. The price does seem to waive quite often and changes between $1.99/£1.49 and $0.99/£0.69. So, chances are and looking at the pattern the price will be going back up at some point. If you haven’t downloaded this app yet, you can do so here, before the increase.

    Mac – PaintCode – New

2012-03-14 / Comments Off on Mac – PaintCode – New

Designing an attractive, resolution-independent user interface is hard, especially if you have to program your drawing code. PaintCode is a simple vector drawing app that instantly generates resolution-independent Objective-C drawing code for both OS X and iOS. You no longer have to tweak and recompile your drawing code over and over again to achieve the desired result. With PaintCode, a graphic designer with no programming experience can draw beautiful controls, icons and other user interface elements, and the app automatically generates code that is equally beautiful. This app is a true developers tool and the price reflects that it retails for $79.99/£54.99/download here   Use built-in vector shapes (rectangles, rounded…
