Apple have just started to offer up some refurbished iPad’s with a $50 discount from the online Apple Store. All refurbished iPad’s come with a one year limited warranty and it is possible to purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan too. The supplies of these iPads are quite limited and at present only the Wi-Fi iPad models are only available, with prices at, the 16GB model sells for $449, the 32GB offering is $549, and the highest capacity 64GB device is $649. 3G-capable refurbished iPads are not yet available for purchase via Apple’s online store. Apple Fans In China Finally Get To Purchase The Wi-Fi Apple iPad
Some eager Chinese Apple fanboys queued for three days outside Apple’s Beijing retail store to be the first in line to purchase the Wi-Fi Apple iPad. Apple employees handed out umbrellas as the lashing rain failed to dampen spirits. Coffee and water was also distributed to those waiting in line outside of Apple’s first retail store in China. As staff readied the store for the barrage of customers, over a hundred people lined up in front of the store, with latecomers continuing to trickle in.

Arrested and Charged – Apple Manager Agrees To Protect Secrets
AppleInsider has revealed that Paul Devine the Apple ex-employee accused of accepting millions of dollars in kickbacks, has agreed to a protective order constructed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Francisco, last week. The protective order had been requested by the prosecution who noted that discovery in the case against the Apple employee could produce material "that is intended to be kept secret and is trade secret information." Paul Devine, aged 37 was arrested in August 2010 and charged with accepting millions of dollars in kickbacks from Asian supplies, although he pleads not guilty. Police investigators found more than $150,000 stuffed in shoe boxes at his home. Devine is…
Apple Announces Plans To Sell Wi-Fi Enabled iPad’s In China From September 17, 2010
According to MacRumors Apple have announced today that they will start selling their magical device within Apple Stores in China and selected Apple Authorized Resellers this Friday 17 September, from 10 am. Pricing Pricing comes in at CNY3988 ($590) for the 16 GB model, CNY4788 ($708) for the 32 GB model and CNY5588 ($827) for the 64 GB model. No news on the 3G iPad models yet although current Chinese iPhone carrier, China Unicom had previously announced that it would be offering the iPad and we’re assuming they were referring to the 3G models.

Apple iLife ’11 Being Announced Tomorrow
With all the rumors flying around about Apple’s product announcements tomorrow, one thing I am quite certain of is we will see an update to the iLife suite bringing it up to speed as iLife ’11. Not only that but it will also include a brand new app that will allow users to create their own apps and deploy them directly, ie, not through the App Store, to their iOS devices. Can’t wait.
