Apple are in full throttle, the sales of the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus devices are exceeding all expectations (well perhaps not theirs), so, they’ve launched a special guide to help new iPhone users move their content from an Android device. It’s packed with information, whether you want addition support with mail, photos and videos, music, books, documents or of course apps, it’s all there. As Tim Cook described earlier this month with The Wall Street Journal, ‘the mother of all upgrades’ will persuade Android users to switch to an iPhone as they are ‘appreciably better in every single way’. Photo Tool Apps – ‘Signal to Noise’ – Using An iPhone in Low Light Conditions
We’re delighted to publish this latest article to our Photo Tool Apps section by Martin Duerr who heads it up. This time he has taken a look at ‘noise’ within iOS images and recommends ways to eliminate it, don’t miss this…(foreword by Joanne Carter). In opposition to many different descriptions of the term above, we want to take a closer look at imaging with an iPhone in low light situations (signal) and how to bypass or reduce noise in our images (noise). Due to the physics of law and the small sensor in an iPhone there is always some noticeable form of noise in any image, even under perfect light…

First 4K iOS Video Capture App – Vizzywig 4K – $999.99
Well, we have looked at expensive apps before so Vizzywig’s $999.99 new app did not knock us down. However, despite last week Apple not announcing 4K capabilities in the iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus, Vizzywig 4K has passed by the Apple police at the app store and it you to produce and distribute 4K videos from your iPhone 5S. Except, it will only work with iOS 7 and if you want to continue using it, you must not upgrade to iOS 8.
