Welcome to our third Portrait of an Artist Showcase! This Showcase complements our Portrait of an Artist Column edited by Jennifer Bracewell. Oh this weeks’ Flickr Group Showcase is so full of outstanding photography, it’s hard to believe that the bar can rise higher each and every week but it does! Wow! We have just produced our latest Flickr Group Showcase, the first one for May 2014 and it is incredible! It’s so full of meaning and atmosphere this week, we begin with a fabulous image entitled ‘Glow’ by Bruno Ribeiro and that leads us into incredible imagery, with many of the trials and tribulations of life/relationships played out this week. This is particularly poignant with the portraiture that it leads into and then we view some outstanding travel and street photography, we then move steadfastly into breathtaking painterly images and next we’re greeted and buoyed by beautiful bouquets and individual floral still life images each with subtle lighting, luscious landscapes…
