Many of you have already seen our new segment to our APPart column here at TheAppWhisperer, edited by Bobbi McMurry. We would like to inspire all mobile artists to create one image a day using the selected colour of Pantone’s ‘Color of the Day’ – see here (we will announce the colour each day). Distressed FX – iPhone Photography App – Updated – Crashes Now Fixed!
Following all the complaints of recent days regarding the previous update to Distressed FX, the developer has just pushed through another update with a fix to the social permissions bug that caused the crashes. There’s also some more filters, more birds and the facility to make your own custom textured filters. You can also flatten layers in app – via a long press and there’s faster sharing too. Architectural Mobile Photography By Luiz Rodriguez
Architectural photography is an area that really allows the photographer to become one within their environment and also with light. When you combine it with mobile architectural photography and the discretion it offers, it brings in other elements too. Luis Rodriguez is one such mobile photographer who has the passion to fully explore this medium and produce excellent results. Primarily he shoots with the default iPhone app but he likes to use ProCamera, or Camera+ when wanting to select separate focus and exposure points.
