Return Of The Woz?
Steve Wozniak Segway and Apple extraordinaire was interviewed by Reuters in Brighton, England this week. Wozniak was attending the SQLbits conference to present awards to winners as his position as Chief Scientist for storage company Fusion-io affords.
He was quoted as saying ‘I’d consider it, yeah’, when asked if he would consider returning to an active role within Apple if asked, according to AppleInsider. "There’s just an awful lot I know about Apple products and competing products that has some relevance, some meaning," he went on to say.
"My thinking is that Apple could be more open and not lose sales," said Wozniak, while adding, "I’m sure they’re making the right decisions for the right reasons for Apple." Obviously, trying not to offend Jobs with this last comment.
