Well we all know that Apple has plenty of cash to splash and if these latest rumors turn out to be true this would be one of their largest acquistions ever. TechCrunch are reporting that Apple are after Anobit, a fabless semiconductor company specialising in flash storage. Apparently, Apple are reliant on Anobit’s technology in the iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air. Apple are intent on increasing the amount of flash memory storage in a device and improve long term reliability and Anobit looks like the company to help them do so.
