We are delighted to publish our results of our ‘Yes, Travel!’ Challenge. This Challenge invited you to observe the vehicles around you and to produce a short movie featuring cars, metro, bus, bicycle, train or any other means of transport. Many thanks to all who took up this challenge and congratultions on the following for being featured:

Karen Axelrad, Image Artistry, Oskinga, Liliana Schwitter and Cristina Rossi.

Frosty Train Ride to Leipzig – Karen Axelrad

The images of a train, traveling along a misty landscape and white snow, slide all the beginning of the movie. The atmosphere is magical and very peaceful. Alternate train sequences, to the station and then in the city of Leipzig. The trip can be the occasion to meditate. The music accompanies this meditative atmosphere.

Hong Kong Trams – Image Artistry

A train ride to Hong Kong to see people, cars, buildings, a lively city that moves frantically. Slow Motion and Time Lapse change the speed in this movie and then the story. Who are these men and women? Where does the tram? This is carried around the city in a light and carefree. The music in the background emphasizes this lightweight. Well done!

Bus Trip to Fort Collins – Oskinga

A trip on a bus can be quirky and cheerful, if we watch it with the calm of a holiday eyes. Wonderful effect that breaks images into geometric figures and a cheerful little song in the background. Pleasant and interesting video

Yes, travel! – Liliana Schwitter

The rails of a train are lost to the horizon and the effect of the video is extraordinarily colorful. The train whistle accompanies the sequence of images, and it suggests the passing of the time. Nice atmosphere!

Bus Ride – Cristina Rossi

Overlapping images inside and outside the bus. Men and women traveling on it and out of it there is the city, the cars, the mansions. Life in the big city described in a few seconds of video. Good use of the Cinamatic app. Well done!
