Facebook for Android has just been updated and now includes new messaging and camera icons/shortcuts – it will automatically populate your app drawer after updating. A controversial feature that will not be welcomed by all. The message feature though is good, it allows you to message your friends by creating completely new groups or adding them to your current conversations. Android – The Rise of Instagram
As we’ve been reporting for a while now, Instagram for Android is definitely enroute. Kevin Systrom co-founder of Instagram reportedly said at this years SXSW ‘in some ways, it’s better than our iOS version’, and we all know how popular that is. Well, we are still not exactly sure when Instagram for Android will be rolling out but we do know that a new ‘sign up’ page has popped up.
