Apple have just launched their new Back to School Promotion, which is good and better than last year. Apple will give you, if you’re in Education a $100/£70 App Store gift card when you purchase a Mac or $50/£35 when you buy an iPad or iPhone. The latter is the new part and is a welcome inclusion. When you purchase an Apple product within their Educational pricing structure you will already be saving money, as many products are already discounted and this gift card is just the ‘icing on the cake’. Apple always likes to keep us on our toes and despite the fact that the kids haven’t even broken up for the holidays yet, they are set to launch their Back To School promotion tomorrow. Just don’t expect an iPod Touch, this year it looks like the incentive to purchase a Mac will be a $100 iTunes card instead. Rumor – Get A Free iPad With A Mac
Well that’s one of the rumors currently circulating regarding the upcoming WWDC. The rumors stem from BGR who report: "We have been told Apple will continue to offer educational discounts on computers and either a free iPod touch, or $229 towards the purchase of any other iPod.
