I am so excited about this new Interview section within TheAppWhisperer. A picture speaks a thousand words, so says the English language idiom and as this is a website by and for visual artists, we felt this section was long overdue. Mobile Photography – MIRA Mobile Prize – Winner and Shortlist Results 2017 – Black & White Street Photography
I am so excited to publish the results of the Black and White Street Photography MIRA Mobile Prize competition 2017. Manuela Matos Monteiro, the host invited mobile photographers throughout the world to capture the true character and essence of a street environment including people, traffic, gardens and public places. Mobile Photography Competition – H2O FOR PEACE – IPHONEOGRAPHY FOR HUMAN RIGHTS
This new initiative, called H2O for Peace – iPhoneography for Human Rights, features an international photographic competition in collaboration with the NEM – the New Era Museum (a Virtual Museum and International Artistic Movement) which has made specific images captured and revisited by smartphones its philosophy. The competition ends at the beginning of June with the selection of the finalists and the proclamation of the winner. The works chosen will be screened at the Fondazione Campana dei Caduti, Rovereto and included in a video clip with music by Marco Testoni performed by the Pollock Art-Jazz Project. Mobile Photography Awards Sixth Annual Awards – Results!
We’re delighted to reveal that the Mobile Photography Awards (MPA) 2016 Results have now been announced. As always we (I speak as a member of the Jury) were succumbed by the wealth of talent displayed across our screens. We’ve had more entries to this competition than ever before and the quality of submissions has been totally outstanding across all the categories.
