This YouTube video is phenomenal it demonstrates the activation worldwide of Android phones from October 2008 – January 2011. In many ways, it paints a very clear picture demonstrating how Google’s Android OS has become the current top OS for smartphones in the world. Bear with the video, it takes a while to get going, but as soon as the Motorola Droid launches the 3D world lights up like fireworks on a dark night.
