News – Apple’s iPhone 5 Will Have Larger 4.6-inch Display
Reuters are reporting this morning that following a South Korean media report, the new Apple iPhone, presumably named the iPhone 5, will have a bigger 4.6-inch retina display and will launch in the second quarter of 2012. The Maeil Business Newspaper reports that ‘Apple has decided on the bigger 4.6-inch display for its next iPhone and has started placing orders to its suppliers’. Apple’s major suppliers are LG Display and Samsung Electronics Co, characteristically they both declined to comment.
