Our regular readers will be very familiar of our coverage of live Apple events and tomorrow will be no exception. We will be covering the event live both here on theappwhisperer website as well as our incredibly popular, 21K Twitter feed.
We’ll answer any questions you pose along the way either via Twitter or here. We are very excited and like you, anticipate that the iPhone 5 will be revealed along with pre-ordering. The first shipments we believe should be arriving September 21, 2012. iOS 6, the latest version of the iPhone’s operating system is also expected to be confirmed.
In the UK, we’re getting excited too about the prospects of the new iPhone having 4G mobile broadband, following our reports of EE’s 4G network from the press event earlier this morning in London. As you are probably aware the current iPad 3 comes complete with 4G facility but so far it has been incompatible with our frequencies, this is all set to change quite soon.
Possibly, we’ll also see a smaller version of the iPad released but if indeed this does exist, may be put off until later next month for launch.
We’re also speculating that Apple may announce upgrades to the iPod range, in time for the Christmas shopping period.
So, there’s lots going on and we’re going to ensure you’re kept up to date as the news flows in. Make sure you are back here at theappwhisperer.com at 10AM PT / 1PM ET/6 PM GMT.
