Instagram To Enable Photographers To Be Hired Within App
James Quarles, Head of Business at Instagram was recently interviewed by Bloomberg where he confirmed that Instagram are in the process of adding a new feature to enable photographers to be booked directly within the app. This new feature is expected to be launched within the next few months.
Essentially, it is a booking option for businesses, there are a huge array of potential customers who want to schedule appointments through the app. For example, booking a hair appointment but our interest was mainly aroused with the notion of booking commercial photographers.
