TrueView Video ‘How Has Covid-19 Affected Your Mobile Art? with Fleur Schim from California, United States

Share

I am so proud to publish our ninth new TrueView Video today with highly talented and award winning mobile artist Fleur Schim from California. You may recall, our TrueView Video‘s are a unique glimpse into the life and times of mobile artists within our community. With each TrueView Video we pose one singular question and we ask the artist to record their answer to video. This time our question to Fleur Schim was “how has Covid-19 affected your mobile art?”.

I really enjoyed listening to Fleur Schim’s dialogue this morning within this TrueView interview. Schim’s understanding of our current phenomenon with this pandemic is refreshingly optimistic and energetic but in a serene way. It propels the listener and mobile artist to discover his or her own instances of calm amid the dizzying culture of fear and panic in which we find ourselves enmeshed. This is a very satisfying listen, enjoy!

It’s truly unifying to see and hear artists within our community share their thoughts with us, so I am exceedingly indebted to Fleur Schim today for providing us with this video, for our new theme entitled ‘How has Covid-19 affected your mobile art?’. Enjoy!

To view the other TrueView interviews we have published in this series, so far, from Catherine Caddigan, Sarah Bichachi, M. Cecilia São Thiago, Alon Goldsmith, Carol Schiraldi, Sukru Mehmet Omur, Lynette Sheppard and Meri Walker please go here.
