Many of you have already seen our new segment to our APPart column here at TheAppWhisperer, edited by Bobbi McMurry. We would like to inspire all mobile artists to create one image a day using the selected colour of Pantone’s ‘Color of the Day’ – see here (we will announce the colour each day). Huge congratulations to our APPart Color of the Day with Pantone Daily Challenge winner. Yesterday’s Color of the Day was Cherry Tomato (17-1563) with the adjectives and nouns, ‘Expressive, Giving and Communicator’. We feel that @sarahjarrettart – Sarah Jarrett, has captured the essence of these with this wonderful image seen below. ‘ Today’s ‘Color of the Day’ is True Red (19-1664) and the accompanying descriptives are ‘Practical, Industrious and Persistent’. TheAppWhisperer – APPart – ‘Infinite Challenge #1’ by Bobbi McMurry
Welcome to our APPart Infinite Challenge #1 results. This challenge was an attempt to illustrate how infinite the possible solutions are to any given image. Variations within the artist’s style, the applications used, the artist’s perceptions and intent are just some of the factors that influence the results. We asked the members of our Facebook group to choose one of two images provided by Stef LP as a starting point. From there, new photos could be added, and any app could be used.
