Welcome to our seventh Portrait of an Artist Showcase! This Showcase complements our Portrait of an Artist Column edited by Jennifer Bracewell. Streets Ahead Interview: Heline Lam – Mobile Street Photography
This week, the Women’s Street Photography Collective (Streets Ahead) is pleased and honoured to feature Heline Lam in our interview segment. Heline’s street photography shows her ability to hone in on moments around her, capturing the essence of whatever city she happens to be in. Her surreal images are different sides to her body of work. They combine her love of architecture and geometry with the human element that she captures on the street. Welcome back to the fortieth article in the column, Mobile Movies. We at TheAppWhisperer have been inspired by the Flickr upgrade of 1 Terabyte of storage for everyone and have wanted to launch a mobile movie section for some time. Now seems to be perfect, the new Flickr upgrade will allow for a full three minutes of 1080p HD quality video per single film and you can have as many as you have storage space for. Streets Ahead – Challenge 6 – Frame Within A Frame
Welcome to the showcase for our sixth challenge ‘Frame Within A Frame’. The objective of these challenges is to help us collectively practice and perhaps learn some new techniques. Each challenge will be based either on a shooting technique or perhaps a theme.
