Photo Editor by Aviary is a very powerful photo editor with great photo effects and frames, one-tap auto enhance and lots more. The interesting thing is and the reason we are writing about it is that the developers have just updataed this app and have improved the performance significantly for older devices – meaning in this case, the iPhone 4 and 4S.
