Nanography – New iPod Nano To Have A Camera
9to5Mac are reporting that a set of leaked images, by Japanese blog Apple.pro point to a prototype iPod Nano with a camera in the back and accompanying aperture on the clip. The aperture looks like it is fitting for a camera lens, apparently Apple.pro believe a 1.3 megapixel camera is on the cards for the iPod Nano. They’ve been pretty accurate in the past with rumors, so fingers crossed we might be seeing this soon. Check out the images below…

Soul Calibur Heading To The Apple App Store This Week
Cast your mind back to 1998, that’s when Soul Calibur originally launched in arcades. Since then it made use of the Sega Dreamcast and Microsoft Xbox 360 and will be heading to PS3 in February. On January 19th though, it’s due out on iOS according to the announcement from Namco Bandai today. "The iOS port of the classic arcade and Dreamcast fighting game features all 19 fighters and a mode list that includes arcade battle, time attack, survival, extra survival, practice and museum modes. New Apple Invitation For January 19, 2011
Apple has sent out invites today for a press event to be held in New York City next Thursday, January 19, 2011. There have been and still are many rumors circulating as to what Apple will be announcing. The most likely one though is that this event will concentrate on iBooks with education majoring. Steve Jobs was determined to ‘shake up’ the textbook market and perhaps this event will mark the start of that… We’ll be covering this event, so check back for that.

Well, it looks like Sky have got some serious competition on their hands. The Daily Mail are reporting this morning that Apple ‘are showing interest in joining the billion pound battle for the next set of live Premier League TV rights when the tender goes out before the end of the season’. Ouch – RIM Has $1.7 Million Of PlayBooks Stolen
Oh RIM come on – you don’t need this! Somehow, whilst a truck driver was catching a break last Thursday, his truck full of 22 pallets of BlackBerry PlayBooks – that’s around 5,000 units was stolen. Not only that, there was no tracking device on the vehicle so the theives just went on their merry way. This loss has been valued at $1.7 million, add this to the $485 million loss recently took a hit on with its poorly selling PlayBooks and the latest delay to their BlackBerry 10 phones and things are not looking good. Explosion At Apple Supplier Plant
Reuters are reporting this morning that an Apple supplier plant, Pegatron Corp, suffered an explosion at the subsidiary’s plant in Shanghai this weekend. Sixty-one people are said to have been injured with twenty three needing hospital treatment. This latest incident of course, this throws the spotlight back onto safety concerns that have plagued factories in China. Fire Not The Cause Apparently the fire was not the cause of this explosion but details of the actual cause have also not yet emerged.
