DxO Mark Roll Out New Mobile Camera Smartphone Test Suite
DxO Mark have this morning released a major update to their DxOMark Mobile test suite for evaluating smartphone camera image quality. This new version allows DxOMark tests to cover many of the new features and technologies found in current and upcoming generations of smartphone. DxOMark’s new Mobile protocol addresses these new smartphone photo capabilities by providing: An all-new Zoom sub-score based on extensive testing at multiple focal lengths. An all-new Bokeh sub-score using a scene carefully designed to allow comparisons. Low-light testing down to 1 Lux. The Guetta Fringe – Update on Our ‘New’ Form of Artistic Installation…
You may recall on 19th June 2017, one of our many uber cool editors Roger Guetta announced that he had a ‘big idea’ involving everyone in the Mobile Arts Community. Guetta explained “It involves a collective creation. A form of artistic installation which can be sent to whomever wants it hung along their next gallery show, at their next home party or at the next Mobile Arts Festival wherever and whenever that might be“.
