I am so excited about this new Interview section within TheAppWhisperer. A picture speaks a thousand words, so says the English language idiom and as this is a website by and for visual artists, we felt this section was long overdue. Huawei Launches Pop-Up Gallery to Celebrate Winners of Community Photography Initiative
Huawei today announced the launch of a new pop-up gallery in the heart of East London to celebrate the winners of the Huawei and Dazed Reveal The Real You community-led photography initiative. Open to the public from Thursday 8th March – Sunday 11th March at Top Office Machines, 133-135 Bethnal Green Road, London, E2 7DG, the gallery will feature imagery from Anthony Shintai Amao, Kat Collins and Sahvannah Amaka, all shot on the Huawei P10 smartphone, in addition to a book which has been produced to document the project and partnership with Dazed. I’ve been really excited this week because I have created a new interview platform within TheAppWhisperer that allows artists to answer the textual questions we ask, visually and the results have been spectacular.
