      Perhaps a confusing headline, but Nokia have signaled they are closer than ever now with releasing their Wndows Phone hardware. Their first app has appeared although it’s not possible to download it yet. Nokia are expected to have their first Windows phone available before the end of 2011 but perhaps this is indication that they are going to launch sooner than that.
