Contacts – All in One

Geniein Inc., an emerging application developer branching out into the mobile arena, has today announced the recent successful update of Contacts – All in One for iPhone, iPad, devices running on iOS 4.0 or later. Utilizing a revolutionary ‘Pattern Keyboard’ to minimize the time users spend writing their messages, this utility was created to allow busy users to centralize and streamline their mobile devices’ text messaging and e-mailing capabilities in one speedy application. Contacts – All in One is currently available for download on the Apple App Store for $0.99.

This mobile utility stands apart from the multitude of similar apps floating around the mobile marketplace with its ingeniously designed and conceived Pattern Keyboard. This feature allows users to not only optimize their messaging options, but to optimize the way they write their messages as well. Keeping track of user’s writing history Contacts’ Pattern Keyboard suggests finished words before they’re fully written and anticipates what the user is trying to write after only one or two letters – and sometimes even before the user starts writing! This sophisticated writing aide sorts and expresses a user’s personal writing style and includes a word-bank of suggested words that include commonly used slang and punctuation that most normal mobile keyboards simply don’t pick up on.

Dungeon Raid

Dungeon Raid is a puzzle game with roleplaying mechanics, most reminiscent of a match-3 roguelike. By tracing a path and collecting matching tiles, players can buy and upgrade weapons and armor in the updated item shop, level up their character, fight off enemies and evolve their own strategies by experimenting with different combination of abilities and character classes.

There are some cool extras for players of Dungeon Raid. They can play their own music, save a game at any time and return to finish later, as well as select from four different levels of difficulty, including an easy relaxing level for learning the game or when a player feels like something a little slower paced.

Dungeon Raid has been specifically designed and developed for optimum enjoyment on an iPhone or iPod touch. Since release, it has garnered very positive comments in iTunes, and has been well-received by a number of major websites and blogs. Players and reviewers alike have reported being surprised at just how much fun the game is and how far it has exceeded their expectations.

Bull Stampede Pro and Lite

Game development company Dobsoft Studios is please to announce the release of “Bull Stampede Pro” and “Bull Stampede Lite” on Apple’s App Store today, offering gamers a fun new take on the endurance gameplay genre. Players assume the role of the world’s greatest matador, tasked with luring an out-of-control stampede away from civilization.

While dodging the oncoming bulls using intuitive touch controls, pulling off impressive combo chains and dealing with the gradually increasing difficulty, the player will also encounter damsels in distress (dressed rather unfortunately in red) and have the opportunity to rescue them. Doing so fills up their Macho Meter; in turn, a full Macho Meter transforms the matador into a muscular beefcake and allows him to knock the bulls out instead of avoiding them. Knocking out enough bulls makes the difficulty level drop down again, giving players a chance to prolong their game and reach lofty heights on the global Openfeint and Game Center leaderboards.

If not, the game gives you a few chips to play with after half and hour as a good will gesture. You can buy more chips in the app allowing you unlimited play.”

In ICD-10 there are approximately 69,000 codes, compared to the current ICD-9 system which has only ~10,000 codes. This explosion of medical codes offers greater detail in medical coding, but will prove to difficult for Medical Billing organizations and professionals to accommodate.

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has mandated the replacement of the ICD-9-CM code sets used by medical coders and billers to report health care diagnoses and procedures with ICD-10 code sets, effective Oct. 1, 2013. “ICD-10 implementation will radically change the way coding is currently done and will require very significant effort to implement.” – American Academy of Professional Coders

iPad and iPhone applications from Black Knight Labs help make this transition easier by providing handy pocket references to the complete set of ICD-10 codes.
