Rumor – Apple To Build Six Million Mini iPads Third Quarter 2012
There’s another rumor flying around, just out of China this time, stating that Apple is gearing up to building 6 million units of the new smaller iPad set to launch in the third quarter of 2012. The price sounds good, apparently set to be between $249 and $299 and if it does come to fruition it will seriously dent Amazon Kindle Fire sales. Size wise we’re looking at a 7.85 inch iPad apparently. Fingers crossed…

We don’t have long to wait now, afterall Apple will officially announce, we all suspect, the iPad 3 this Wednesday but for now there’s still plenty of rumors flying around. A new report posted by MIC Gadget shows a video of various ‘iPad 3’ parts being put together. This includes the front glass panel, rear shell and a few internal parts. Rumors – Apple Receives Samples of 7.85 inch iPad Mini From Suppliers
MacRumors and further DigiTimes are reporting that several Apple suppliers have been delivering 7.85 inch iPad Mini samples to Apple HQ, apparently ahead of the mass production that’s starting in the third quarter of this year. As far as prices go, DigiTimes reports that Apple will sell the smaller iPad between $2490-$299 along with a rumored iPad 2 8GB at $349-$399. As always, watch this space… The New Line-Up?

iPad 3 To Ship With Siri – Rumor

iPhone 5 To Launch In September/October 2012 – Rumor
Well this headline is as we have said a rumor, we’re still of the opinion that Apple will announced the iPhone 5 this summer but if they do do that means quite a short product life for the iPhone 4S so perhaps this rumor, coming fresh out of Japanese blog Macotakara today, is true. This way Apple could stick to a 12-month upgrade cycle which should in turn be more profitable for them. We’re keep you informed, keep checking back folks.

iPad 3 To Ship With 8 Megapixel Camera – Rumor
Well that’s the latest rumor folks, MacRumors are reporting that Apple Daily claim to have information received through ‘special channels’ that the iPad 3 camera will have a significant upgrade to 8 megapixels. The iPad 2 currently sports a 1 megapixel camera. They also claim that the iPad 3 will have a more ‘gradual taper to the edges’ as can be seen in the image below, resulting in the camera being sited on the taper itself. For those folks that haven’t heard, Apple are predicted to announce the new iPad 3 on March 7, 2012 with it being available to purchase approximately one to two weeks later.

Instagram Coming Soon To Android – Screenshot Leaked?
We know its coming and we’ve all been very patient but from this leaked screenshot image it makes us want it even more. Phandroid managed to get hold of the screenshot below apparently on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 – awesome! We have no idea if this is genuine or not and it was only a few days ago that yet another fake app appear appeared in the Android marketplace (complete with 5 star ratings), pretending to be Instagram for Android. One thing we do know, is that the genuine article will be coming soon.

Apple iPad 3 To Be Announced Early March 2012
Latest rumors coming from AllThingsD today report that Apple will announce their latest and hottest magical device, the iPad 3 in the first week of March. The event will most likely be held in San Francisco, at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Once Apple announces a product they are normally available to puchase around a week or so later.From what we know so far the iPad 3 should ship with a high speed chip, improved graphic capabilities and a high-res screen. We can’t wait!
