Mobile Art and Photography That Has Influenced Me with Filiz Ak from Istanbul, Turkey
We are delighted to bring you the twenty sixth in our ‘Mobile Art and Photography that has Influenced Me’ series of interviews here at TheAppWhisperer. I created this series of interviews to offer an opportunity to artists, to help to appreciate one another. When artists share their art, I interpret it as if they are baring their souls. To put work in the public domain, takes fierce trust, to oneself, of the process, not the outcome, the outcome cannot matter. When another artist explains how this art affects them emotionally and spiritually, it gives motivation to artists, to keep creating, to realise the influence they have, throughout the world, to give…

Mobile Photography & Art – ‘Intimate Interview’ with Oola Cristina from the Willamette Valley, Oregon, USA
I have spent many a day looking upon Cristina’s mobile digital illustrations. I would say she is one of the leading figures of the surrealist movement of this growing artform. I consider this collection some of Cristina’s greatest work. This is our thirty second published interview within this series of ‘intimate interviews’, this time with Oola Cristina from from the Willamette Valley, Oregon, USA. To read the other published interviews in this intimate series including artists, Adria Ellis, Rino Rossi, Mehmet Duyulmus, Alexis Rotella, Lou Ann Sanford…

Mobile Photography & Art – ‘Intimate Interview’ with Sean Hayes from Brussels, Belgium
Sean Hayes is something of a cultural artist crossing geographic boundaries, one who transforms cultural landscapes. His art is an experience, his portraiture and street work allows for a direct and intimate interaction with the viewer. The meticulous staging of light within his images fills the air with an awareness of living. Hayes’ landscape photography owes its eloquence to its matter-of-fact nature. Everything is observed, Hayes’ images carry the romantic undertow of both myth and mystery. Hayes achieves an engaging style with his art, he not only manages to cross physical borders between countries but I feel, he has a sense of the emotional boundaries between people, his portraiture demonstrates…
