Well, this is unexpected, after all we are talking Apple here but according to AppleInsider today, ‘Apple has instructed its retail stores to match the iPhone discounts being offered by major retailers including AT&T, Best Buy, Radio Shack, Target, Sprint and Verizon when customers present with competitive offers’. That was this statement reportedly said by Best Buy CFO, Brian Dunn, when talking to the Wall Street Journal while explaining, that the iPad ‘had cannibalized sales from laptop PCs by as much as 50%’.
