In honour of the @24hourproject, a street photography project designed to document streets of the world over a 24 hour period, created by Renzo Grande @aliveinnyc and Sam Smotherman @whittiersam, we have decided to feature a wonderful poem by Lord Byron the most flamboyant, notorious and fashionable of the major Romantic poets of the day. The poem is entitled ‘She Walks in Beauty’ and I really feel it epitomises the essence of the @24hourproject. We would like to inspire all mobile artists to create one image a day using the selected colour of Pantone’s ‘Color of the Day’ – see here (we will announce the colour each day). Making of Centriphone – An Extreme iPhone Video Experiment
In the course for my search of incredible mobile videographers to follow now via Instagram, I came across Nicolas Vuignier. Centriphone is Vuignier’s video experiment, essentially it is a custom made rig to push your iPhone into extreme capabilities. The Centriphone is almost like a drone, it offers the facility to capture your action videos from incredible angles, whilst you hurl your iPhone 6 through the air. With the incredible FiLMiC Pro app loaded up onto their iPhone 6s Plus, actress-turned-director Olivia Wilde and her team turned Apple’s smartphone into a 4K filmmaking machine.
