500px – Porn Issues Resolved?
We reported last week that Apple had removed the uber pro app 500px from the app store because it contained nude/pornographic images. Well, actually there is quite a lot of porn on the Internet so Apple may well have a job on their hands if they intend to cleanse it thoroughly. So, the developers behind this very attractive photo sharing app have now updated it and have included a ‘report this’ icon, so if you’re browsing this app and something offensive hits you hard, then just hit that button. Picfx – Updated
Picfx is a popular app with many iPhone photographers including Melissa Vincent who used it in the processing of the wonderful image below. Picfx has just been updated today with full frame photo support, meaning you are no longer forced to crop your photos into a square.
