It is of course a watercolour affect app – I have Aquarella pencils that I use to ‘touch up’ Polaroid prints. Image Blender is a hugely popular app for creative mobile photography editing, it allows the user to combine images with masks and various blend approaches. Hipstamatic – Brand New ‘The District’ HipstaPak
