Open, Youth and Mobile Phone winners revealed for 2015 Sony World Photography Awards, the world’s biggest photography competition
The Open and Youth winners along with the inaugural Mobile Phone winner of the world’s biggest photography competition, the Sony World Photography Awards, are announced today. Drawn from the four corners of the world and covering a huge range of subjects, the winning Open, Youth and Mobile Phone photographers were chosen from over 96,000 entries to the 2015 SonyWorld Photography Awards. We’re delighted to reveal that the Mobile Photography Awards (MPA) 2013 Winners and Honorable mentions have now been announced. As always we (I speak as a member of the Jury) were succumbed by the wealth of talent displayed across our screens. We’ve had more entries to this competition than ever before and the quality of submissions has been totally outstanding across all the categories. Mobile Photography Awards Launches Summer Exhibits 2013
The Mobile Photography Awards launched the first of two 2013 summer exhibits in Canada today at the Holcim Gallery at the Milton Centre for the Arts near Toronto, Ontario. More than 60 images are on display for three weeks through July 13, 2013. The exhibit features beautifully rendered archival prints of each of the 20 MPA category winners and runners-up in sizes ranging from 10×10 to 30×30.
