NEM Kansas City 2014 Mobile Photography Exhibition This Weekend!
We’re so pleased to announce the NEM Kansas City 2014 Mobile Photography Exhibition Opening Reception this weekend September 5, 2014 and continues through to September 30, 2014. Forty artists have been shortlisted for this exhibition hosted by Andrea Bigiarini with illustrious jury members Gina Costa (TheAppWhisperer Columnnist) and Brett Chenoweth. NEM is a museum without walls committed to the humanistic initiative of the mobile arts. The New Era Museum’s goal is to spread the concept that the making of a popular art form as a worldwide artistic movement is available to everyone with a mobile device. Yes!!! We have just published our latest Flickr Group Showcase and it’s absolutely breathtaking, filled will wonderful mobile photography and art images from all around the world. Our regular readers will know that the site has been a little quiet for the past week or so. I have recently been through a major surgical operation and I’m certainly not up to full speed yet but I am healing and I am getting stronger. Wow! We have just produced our latest Flickr Group Showcase, the first one for May 2014 and it is incredible! It’s so full of meaning and atmosphere this week, we begin with a fabulous image entitled ‘Glow’ by Bruno Ribeiro and that leads us into incredible imagery, with many of the trials and tribulations of life/relationships played out this week.
