From a collection of 59 poems by Hafiz (1320-1389), called ‘renderings’ rather than translations. Daniel Ladinsky successfully brought this popular Persian poet to life in the West. Ladinsky describes Hafiz as a ‘playwright who acts all the parts: the lover, the disciple, the Master, the Guide, the voice of God, and sometimes even the reader’. Mobile Photography Awards 2015 – Final Results Are In!
The Grand Prize Winner and The Photo Essay Winners results are now in for the 2015 Mobile Photography Awards. Our congratulations go to Jian Wang for scoping the Grand Prize and $3,000 in prize money.
