TrueView Interview – What does your Work say about Mobile Art?” with Bobbi McMurry from Phoenix, Arizona, USA
Today, we are publishing a brand new TrueView Interview video, this time with our very own and incredibly talented, APPart Editor Bobbi McMurry from Phoenix, Arizona, USA. We asked her, “What does your Work say about Mobile Art?”. Please watch the video and enjoy her answer…
This is a new section to TheAppWhisperer, we are so proud of all the wonderful artists who are contributing to our new section, ‘TrueView Interviews‘ is where we ask one singular question ‘What does your work say about Mobile Photography and/or Art?’ and it’s captured to video. This is such an exciting area, so many of you are working on your videos right now, we all want to see and hear you, what a joy and privilege it is. Thank you so much.

Great, Bobbi!—at long last, to the point, well illustrated and absolutely informative. All that and more just keep that list going. Loved it!
By the way, in 2009, prolific app artist, Patricio Villaroel Borquez, came up with the term “Wainting”, which defined how many of us individually discovered painting on our phones while: waiting in line, stuck in traffic jams, waiting on a friend or relative, etc. You have 5 minutes?—get out your phone and waint, just as you said!

Thanks Deborah! I’ve never heard the term wainting, it’s perfect! I’m a pretty impatient person, and the fact that I have something I love to do when I get in a spot that feels like a waste of time is awesome!

Subliminally you have. The previous “iArt” show of app paintings in the Hub was titled “We Were Only Wainting “, at the youth museum.
