Streets Ahead – Thirty Second Edition – Mobile Street Photography
Welcome to the 32nd edition of “Streets Ahead.” My Goodness, it’s hard to believe that we’re now in our 30’s! It’s also hard to believe that we’re already a few months into 2014. Yep. March is now upon us. However, as I’m sitting here writing this, I have a huge smile on my face that I can’t erase. For no other reason than March is “Women’s History Month.” Personally, I think that every day should be “Woman”s Day”… but I know that ain’t happening anytime soon. I am, however, grateful that this is the month where we become conscious and aware of all the wonderful and brilliant contributions women make…

Streets Ahead – Thirtieth Edition – Street Mobile Photography
Welcome to our first installment of “Streets Ahead” for 2014! I have to confess, this showcase was not an easy one to curate. Our Flickr Group has collected such a wonderful pool of images from our membership… but unfortunately, we have only so much space allotted for this column. So… I highly suggest that after viewing this video, you pour yourself a cup of coffee and head over to Flickr for a proper tour. Also, before closing, I wanted to share one of my very favorite books with you that I’ve been revisiting this past month. It is one that I always turn to when I reach an artistic crossroad…

However, once the New Year arrives, things should be “back to normal”… and I won’t be holding everyone up again.” I promise. We’ve had many wonderful images submitted to our Flickr group over the past few weeks. But unfortunately, as a result, I could not select only a few for comments. I…

Many of you may know Jennifer from iPhoneArt (IPA) and Flickr.
