A wonderful man first and foremost and secondly, a wonderful mobile photographer, who we sadly lost last week. Mobile Photography/Art – Saturday Poetry – ‘The Brilliant Image’ by Hafiz
This weeks Saturday Poetry, matched with mobile photography/art is a poem entitled ‘The Brilliant Image’ by Hafiz. From a collection of 59 poems by Hafiz (1320-1389), called ‘renderings’ rather than translations. Daniel Ladinsky successfully brought this popular Persian poet to life in the West.
