Apple are in full throttle, the sales of the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus devices are exceeding all expectations (well perhaps not theirs), so, they’ve launched a special guide to help new iPhone users move their content from an Android device. Vintage Scene Photography App Now Available for Android
Vintage Scene by JixiPix has long been a very popular app on the iOS system and we’re really pleased to see it port over to Android today. It offers the mobile photographer the opportunity to give their images a retro look, using a unique algorithm which combines, sepia tone, grain, darkened edges, distressed paper all at once. Along with that though, it gives the user control to edit each component for their individual look. Will Nokia Launch An Android Phone This Month?
Well that’s the rumour, The Wall Street Journal reports that Nokia will launch its ‘Normandy’ phone at Mobile World Congress later on this month. WSJ goes on to say that Nokia engineers had been developing the Android phone before Microsoft stuck the $7.4 billion deal to buy their mobile-device business. ‘The decision to release the Android phone underscores how badly Microsoft and Nokia each miscalculated in the mobile market. For technical reasons, Microsoft’s Windows Phone operating system doesn’t yet work on the low-cost smartphones that have become big sources of growth, particularly in emerging markets’.
