Grand Flickr Group Showcase of 2014 – TheAppWhisperer – Mobile Photography
We have just completed this epic showcase of The Best Mobile Photography and Art images of 2014. All of these images were in our favourites section of our Mobile Photography & Imagery Flickr Group. We have painstakingly worked our way through over 8,000 favourited images, from an original of over 115,000. This week, the Women’s Street Photography Collective (Streets Ahead) is pleased and honoured to feature Angelique Peres Marchand in our interview segment. Manchanda-Peres grew up in Mumbai, India. She has always been interested in people, travel and geography and indirectly studied immunogenetics and neurochemistry at University. After University she joined British Airways and spent many happy years travelling the world. In the early 1990’s she left Mumbai and went to live and work in Dubai, in the UAE for 12 years. Streets Ahead – Challenge 7 – Steal a Moment
Welcome to the showcase for our seventh challenge ‘Steal a Moment’. The objective of these challenges is to help us collectively practice and perhaps learn some new techniques. Each challenge will be based either on a shooting technique or perhaps a theme.
