We are utterly delighted to publish this weeks’ Flickr Group Showcase, so many of you have been completely inspired! Your work is exceptional, eminent and phenomenal. We lead this week with a wonderful image by lorenka61 – this image really struck a chord with me. It reminded me of Mya Angelou’s first book ‘I know why the caged bird sings’ and of course, unfortunately she passed on this week, so I thought this would make a wonderful lead image. Welcome to the 32nd edition of “Streets Ahead.” My Goodness, it’s hard to believe that we’re now in our 30’s! It’s also hard to believe that we’re already a few months into 2014. Yep. March is now upon us. However, as I’m sitting here writing this, I have a huge smile on my face that I can’t erase. For no other reason than March is “Women’s History Month.” Personally, I think that every day should be “Woman”s Day”… but I know that ain’t happening anytime soon.
