I am delighted to host the First Every Mobile Art Auction and on behalf of Award Winning Mobile Artist, Meri Walker who this week lost her entire home and content to fires in Oregon, United States. Currently there is a fabulous GoFundMe page organised by members of the mobile photography community which hopes to achieve $50,000. Update on Award Winning Mobile Photographer – iPhoneArtGirl – Meri Walker – Fire Razes Home in Oregon, United States
Thank you to all who have offered a donation to Award Winning Mobile Photographer – @iPhoneArtGirl – Meri Walker’s fund to enable her to start rebuilding her life after her entire home was razed to the ground in Oregon a few days ago. The fund is now at $13,731 (at the time of writing). We are hoping to raise $50,000, please contribute if you can. It is with deep shock and sadness that I write this post today. This morning I learned that award winning Mobile Photographer and Artist and friend to many of us – Meri Walker (@iPhoneArtGirl), has lost her home and entire contents to one of America’s deadliest fires. Our community, including Joy Barry, Heather Wilson, Deborah Saul and Maria Houtchens have organised a Go Fund Me page to enable Meri to begin to rebuild her life.
