Mobile Photography – Waterfield Tech Folio Review
This folio from US manufacturer Waterfield is a little different to the majority of bags and cases on the market. I like cases and bags and by that I don’t mean I like them because I can carry things and take it all somewhere (which of course is the purpose of any bag) but that I take an interest in bag design. For a start, the bags are not only designed in the US but made there too, in San Francisco. Compare that to just about any other tech bag and you’ll find that’s rare these days. With regard to materials, Waterfield bags are either made of waxed cotton canvas, ballistic…

WaterField Debuts Sutter Tech Sling for New Apple iPad Pros and New MacBook Air
I must be one of the biggest fans of WaterField Designs, a San Francisco designer and manufacturer of custom laptop sleeves, bags and device-specific cases. On my recent press trip to Germany and Italy, I used continuously the iPhone Camera Bag that I have reviewed previously. It managed to carry comfortably, two mobile devices, glasses and some cash. The trip I was on was extremely energetic with helicopter rides, boat trips and fast street photography in Sorrento. This bag coped admirably and now WaterField are debutting another very useful bag, which we hope to thoroughly review soon. It’s the Sutter Tech Sling bag, a sophisticated one-strap backpack in two sizes,…

Samsung Galaxy S9+ Review: Best Samsung Camera To Date
Introduction The Samsung Galaxy S9+ or plus reviewed here is the larger of the two Galaxy S series smartphone models but it also distinguishes itself by being the more-photo-oriented of the two by inclusion of dual rear camera modules. The smaller, more pocket-friendly of the two, the S9 with its 5.8-in screen only has one rear wide-angle camera and so misses out on the telephoto camera and the background blurring options. In that regard, the S9+ sits alongside the company’s slightly larger still Note 9 with its 6.4-inch screen which features an almost identical rear dual camera set-up. As a result of the high-end dual camera feature, both the S9+…
