iAd Now Allowing In-Ad App Purchases
Possibly due to low iAd fill rates, Apple has adapted the way iAd works allowing developers to sell their apps directly from within an iAd. So, basically you don’t need to select an iAd for an app and then go to the store, you will instead now get a pop-up menu asking you to confirm your purchase – just click on ‘ok’ and enter your iTunes password and the app will start downloading.

Apple Rejects VolumeSnap in Camera+ Update
The popular Camera+ app has had its latest update rejected by Apple. The VolumeSnap feature, the update in question, would of allowed the use of the iPhone’s volume buttons to control the camera’s shutter. This seems like it would of been a useful feature to have in Camera+ – here’s Apple’s official reason for the rejection….. Frustrating as it is for us, it must be more so for Apple, just three days ago they posted record revenue of $15.7 billion with a net quarterly profit of $3.25 billion. Today, they announced a further delay with the elusive white iPhone 4. Official Statement A new date has not been announced, their official statement reads: "White models of Apple’s new iPhone® 4 have continued to be more challenging to manufacture than we originally expected, and as a result they will not be available until later this year.
