We’re delighted to publish news of a wonderful new iniative by the team at Click London. Vivi and Dilshad are both Contributors/Columnists to theappwhisperer and they’ve teamed up to present a Mobile Photography Workshop tonight – February 20, 2014 at Marhba, 26 Porchester Road, London, W2 6ES. This session will run between 1800-2100 hrs. It’s a small group, conisting of a maximum of seven students to ensure everyone receives a good three hours of informal teaching. iOS Photography App – OKDOTHIS – Updated
Since its launch in November last year OKDOTHIS has been growing in popularity. It is an ‘idea’ community – allowing artists to show their favourite images and creative ideas, known as ‘dos’, that led to it. Mobile Camera Club – Opening of the first 3.0 gallery Paris, March 6 2014
We are very excited to bring you news that the Mobile Camera Club gallery will host the second edition of Mobile Photo Paris from March 6 to March 29 2014. One exhibition, two openings: Thursday, March 6 2014 from 6 PM Sunday, March 16 from 3 PM Located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, Mobile Camera Club will exhibit mobile photography in all its forms. iOS Photography App – Waterlogue – Temporary Price Drop
Waterlogue was released in December 2013 and quickly rose to the number 1 spot in Japan and number 2 in the US app store. Pinhole Assist – iOS Tool App Giveaway
We mentioned Pinhole Assist yesterday, see here, it’s an excellent companion to argentic pinhole and wet-plate collodion photography. The range of aperture and sensitivity (starting at 0.25 ISO) allows for wet-plate and slow processes as well as pinhole. Pinhole Assist is packed with predefined light measurement but there’s also manual override. There’s also a good deal of reciprocity charts included and new with this update, is the HOLD/Resume button for light meter. The app has also been redesigned for iOS 7 with enhanced usability and swifter access to the most common settings.
