Samsung Opens New Mobile Support Centre In Teddington, UK
Samsung Electronics UK has today announced it is working in collaboration with The Repair Station to launch a new Mobile Support Centre in Teddington, Middlesex. From Friday 15th November, the new walk-in centre will give customers the chance to get up-to-date advice on all of Samsung’s smart mobile products and check that they are performing to the highest specification. Providing advice and service support, staff will be on hand to discuss upgrade options with customers. The Repair Station will also include an in-house workshop, where customers will be able to update their products with the latest software and resolve any suspected technical issues. Flurry have produced another great chart this time demonstrating that ‘The era of mobile computing, catalysed by Apple and Google, is driving among the largest shifts in consumer behaviour over the last forty years. Impressively, its rate of adoption is outpacing both the PC revolution of the 1980s and the Internet Boom of the 1990s.
