This week we lead with a very emotionally image by Mainstream withexplicitdreams / Ioannis Sidiropoulos full of anguish, this leads us to more highly-charged images in a similar vein; we then feel the power of Louise Fryer’s ‘Survival’ image as we move further into sensual and into street photography. We are utterly delighted to publish this weeks’ Flickr Group Showcase, so many of you have been completely inspired! Your work is exceptional, eminent and phenomenal. We lead this week with a wonderful image by lorenka61 – this image really struck a chord with me. It reminded me of Mya Angelou’s first book ‘I know why the caged bird sings’ and of course, unfortunately she passed on this week, so I thought this would make a wonderful lead image.
